JUNE 2009
We will be doing a pinto bean supper fundraiser.
We gave each scout 2 booklets of 10 tickets.
(if you need (more) tickets see Rickey)
We will be selling the tickets for $7.00 each.
(you will get pinto beans, corn bread, slaw).
Pick up date is July 16, 2009
from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
(we will need volunteers to help that day
and to help prepare food.)

We will be collecting the money from
the ticket sales every Tuesday from know
until the 14th. all money needs to be turned in
by then. Place of pick up is the parking lot
across from Blevins Building Supply, main street Galax
(Cornerstone Community Church).
If a scout sales to a place of business 15 or more tickets; we
will deliver. Arrangements for delivery must be made before
the day of the event to ensure proper staffing.

will be leaving May 15th. for Afghanistan.
**I was informed 5/30/09 that the address he gave
everyone is incorrect. We are working on getting
the correct one.
***I am still trying to get Shane's mailing address
**** If anyone wants to send Shane an email message
if you will send it to me by the July 26th. I will copy and
paste it to my email. The reason why is he is only allowed
a few emails a day. So I thought if we sent it all in one email he
could get it more emails. If you have any questions please let me
